On the chance you're serious instead of just pulling our leg, I'll tell you.
Nork = North Korean
SU-27 = Sukhoi Su-27 is a twin-engine supermaneuverable fighter aircraft designed by Sukhoi. Used by several Communist block nations.
manpad = a fairly new term for a Surface to air missle which is small enough to be manned by a soldier. Think "Man portable Air Defense" weapon.
