I myself have been wondering about the Vegas murders recently. Worst mass shooting in US history and six months later we don’t know much about it. Looks like information about it is being kept under tight wraps. I wonder why that is?

We are thinking alike.

The bomber in Austin had a relationship also to someone in the FBI....

That would appear to be the case.

Winning at all costs seems to be the DOJ motto.

His status as a former FBI informant doesn’t have any material value as exculpatory evidence.

Did you read the article? The article states that "Seddique Mateen, worked as an FBI informant from 2005 through the summer of 2016." The Pulse Nightclub attack was on June 12, 2016.

That indicates that Mateen was an FBI informant at the time of the attack. He may be a former informant now, but at the time of the attack he was apparently an FBI informant.

There are plenty of defense theories that would arise based on that knowledge, so the defense should have been notified of that fact much sooner.

Well, the BIG news we got within days of the slaughter was that the killer was NOT targeting Trump supporters. The FBI gave us that piece of garbage based on a so-called hotel reservation the killer 'didn't make' but had called about - to a hotel he had never stayed at... one that would overlook a liberal concert... Cone on FBI, that smacks of wall to wall lies.

If it happened, THAT my friend would be downright amazing police work since the killer DID NOT make the reservation or stay at that hotel... or have any connection to the place whatsoever. But it DOES serve an important political purpose... that's a clue.

Then we got the lie the killer made money by gambling -AND that Hotels gave him lots of comps... mutually exclusive realities... ' Hotels DO NOT give comps to people who 'beat the system'... they give comps to gamblers who keep the doors open. Comps are for gamblers who lose massive sums of money. The killer had his favorite place at a gaming machine. That's a clue. Machines are calibrated to eventually take every dime you have if you play long enough. The story about this guy making money as a gamble was also an FBI lie.

I'm betting the killer was laundering money for some group... Wynn made an off the cuff comment about 'checking service elevators' the killer used... now Wynn's lost everything. Maybe there's a connection - maybe there's not. That kind of power (if it's not all random happenstance) lies with VERY FEW GROUPS... and either the FBI or CIA is protecting thugs, they're in on it, or in spite of the lies they put out, they're investigating. It's a mystery.

The defense should have a field day with the guy on the stand. That doesn’t make this “exculpatory” unless it is EVIDENCE that the defendant may not have committed the crime.

An FBI “informant” stood that closely behind the Democrat Candidate and no one thought anything of it?

The FBI is not among my most trusted entities lately. It is very unusual that not much information has come out about this kind of event. I do remember that the guy’s hard drive was missing and his house was burglarized soon after the event. It is all exceedingly strange.

Wasn’t there and FBI guy in communication with the Draw Mohammed attempted terror attack?

Didn’t the FBI do something strange with the San Bernadino terrorists house?

You’re right... one of the worst mass slaughters in our history and the killer’s home wasn’t treated as part of the crime scene? No effort to secure the home to protect evidence?

Sounds like the scene in The Godfather where Al Pacino discovers someone has dismissed the guards protecting his father...

So, he was snitching on all the other muzzies, but not his own son and daughter-in-law. He was probably paid by the FBI too. That won’t go over well in the muzzie community. I’d hate to think that something terrible could happen to him...like losing his head.

If he was an informant for 11 years then I suspect he was working with the FBI on cases with links back to his home country of Afghanistan — maybe even cases IN Afghanistan.

“he was snitching on all the other muzzies, but not his own son and daughter-in-law. He was probably paid by the FBI too.”

This was the Mueller-Comey corrupt FBI. He was not snitching on anybody. He was working with terrorists, getting FBI information to help terrorists and getting taxpayer money.

It was likely that he was involved in helping to plan his son's Pulse nightclub attack.

It was likely he was telling the FBI to ignore reports from the local sheriff and others that his son was a threat and likely to start killing people.

He was promoting the jihadist agenda and helping terrorists.

It doesn’t matter what he was snitching on, he was snitching on other muzzies. And there’s a lot of radical muzzies in this country and Europe who won’t take kindly to this info on him. Then he has the gall to show up at a Hillary Clinton rally in the weeks after his son murders a bunch of innocent people. Makes you wonder just how credible the information was that he was providing the FBI, especially in light of the fact that he obviously failed to report, or even realize how radical his own son was, or what he was up to.

If all that’s true, and I believe it most likely is, what the frig is he still doing walking the streets? Something needs to happen on this, and to him.

I myself have been wondering about the Austin bomber. On one hand, the Police/FBI are saying that they won’t be able to search the bomber’s laptop because it was destroyed in the explosion, yet CNN reported that the 25 minute video the bomber made before he killed himself was on his cell phone, which was found in his possession in the car. So how come the phone wasn’t destroyed too?

May or may not. Don't know what their legal theories are. You know how creative lawyers can get. Personally, I'd say it was definitely material, and there is no logical reason that information was not disclosed. It shows bad faith on the part of the FBI, (what else is new?), and would tend to make one wonder what else they've withheld.

Personally, I think the bitch should fry in boiling oil. That doesn't change the fact that the FBI are a bunch of untrustworthy scum that I wouldn't trust if they told me the sun was rising in the morning. If the judge declares a mistrial over this you can't blame anyone but the FBI.

>>I don’t think anyone ‘knows’ ... we see results - we see patterns - dots - and statistical impossibilities... some of it adds up ... some doesn’t.

Yes, the common citizens can only try to put the dots together, as you say. We will eventually form our conclusions based upon events and analysis.

Fortunately, POTUS and Pompeo have access to the top surveillance systems. There is one system where just by typing in the name, it will yield transcripts of all their communications.

If they wished, it would be possible for them to track individual FBI employees and discover where the rotten ones are, and if they are behind these attacks, and more.

Because it’s starting to look like the FBI itself knew of Omar Mateen’s threats?

Maybe that’s why they outed him as an informant.
