I thought the Supreme Court already found this unconstitutional.

It did. It will require a constitutional amendment.

They found the line item veto passed in the 90’s unconstitutional, but that doesn’t mean a new bill with a different SC will do the same.

How about smaller bills? One issue per bill, no more mixing candy and poison in massive mega-bills.

That is the dream, and would place the responsibility properly back on Congress, but Congress prefers its games that have kept all of the pork flowing for 2 centuries. They wouldn't dare implement that policy without 600,000 pitchforks and torches on the steps of the Capitol Building.

Simply line out the stuff you don’t like and send it back to them. Direct them to stop needlessly spending American taxpayer dollars on crap like a study on how Japanese birds are affected by Cocaine, and tell them to do the job America is paying them to do!

Bingo. THAT'S the way to do it.

And PUBLICIZE the issue and get the American People to tell their congressmen to GET WITH IT and stop the bull sh!t.

I’ll take his word for it. Consider the alternative. You think Rubio will fight for you?

Precisely.

Trump is still our best bet.

The motivation of people running for President is, to get power, purse, and p***y (or p3N1s). Trump’s had enough of all of those.

Won’t happen. Why would Congress give up the cudgel they just proved works?

And PUBLICIZE the issue...

Excellent proposal! The Donald should televise (and Tweet, as well as any other medium he can) what it is the Congress wants to spend the American tax dollar on in order to get a fire lit under peoples collective asses.

Jim, WHY are you posting a 3 day old tweet (old news) to Breaking News?

I feel sorry for the moderators here. Duplicate threads, vanities posted in News. Abuse of the sidebars, etc.

Arnold called for a special election after he was elected. 5 conservative propositions conservatives didn’t show up. If we can’t come through for Trump we’ll have no business being in business.

Conservatives who were woke showed up. It was all the ads and media misinformation that confused the most busy and gullible Californians.

Ain’t buyin’ it.

Each branch of the armed forces are riddled with affirmative action, PC bullsheet that sends millions down the drain unnecessarily, could have and should have been dealt with from day one. No one had the stomach for it.

How about the hundreds of millions the Pentagon ‘lost’?

But virtually every one has the stomach to give a half a billion dollars to PP - that’s more than one million dollars for every man, woman, and child in the country! Think about that.

Instead of killing the most innocent among us, simply giving that money to every family in America would have eliminated poverty.

Good bye welfare, food stamps, etc.

Of course, many will throw it away and become poor again, but at least it wasn’t used to kill babies. On the other hand, many will use that money to invest, build, and create a better life for their family and community. And get completely out of debt.

Almost everyone inside the Beltway has blood on their hands.

But at least the Princess got what she wanted before facing her buddies in Manhattan.
