That implies that Trump has either not been following an America First foreign policy or that up to now he hasn't been in control of his own foreign policy. Not sure which is worse.
Pretty eye-opening to see the McMaster millstone Trump has had around his neck all these months. The fact that he’s gotten anything done is remarkable ... I wouldn’t say Trump hasn’t been in control, but he’s been fragged constantly with leaks, etc. & burdened with folks who are definitely not on the Trump Train. Bolton has a lot of house cleaning ahead of him.
