(Via FP) Incoming National Security Advisor John Bolton and people close to him are expected to launch a massive shake-up at the National Security Council, aiming to remove dozens of current White House officials, starting with holdovers from President Barack Obama’s administration, according to multiple sources.
Those targeted for removal include officials believed to have been disloyal to President Donald Trump, those who have leaked about the president to the media, his predecessor’s team, and those who came in under Obama. “Bolton can and will clean house,” one former White House official said.
Another source said, “He is going to remove almost all the political [appointees] McMaster brought in.”
A second former White House official offered a blunt assessment of former Obama officials currently detailed or appointed to the NSC: “Everyone who was there during Obama years should start packing their shit.”

Disloyalty to the President is the least issue. These people are actively sabotaging and undermining the President

LOL....... I got a GREAT book for Christmas for my wife, "Mornings on Horseback" by David McCullough. It's about the earlier years of Teddy's life.
For the past few weeks as Bolton has been in the news a lot, I've been telling her that John reminds me of Teddy Roosevelt. I've been thinking it for years.

Why are those people in Washington, DC and the Beltway impervious to the law? Why am I not?
Bolton and T. Roosevelt seem to have been cut from the same cloth and that spells problems for America and the West’s enemies.
Lets hope not. Teddy Roosevelt was the original progressive and he was a real lover of big government.
Trump is our present day Winston Churchill. Now we have Bolton, who reminds folks of Teddy Roosevelt. Are we really going to take our country back from the self-hating democrats?

Can’t compare Teddy Roosevelt’s 1900 perspective to the post FDR 20th century. Two different worlds.
Exactly what Trump should have done at 12:01pm Jan 20, 2017. He should have fired every person in the executive branch hired by Obama, his year since would have been far more productive.
The next step is to bring in Newt Gingrich as an advisor — and actually listen to him.
