I will add this comment I posted on another thread, in support of your post, and Trump.
Most posters don’t understand that this is just the Omnibus Bill. It is comparable to asking for a WORST ESTIMATE on a repair job.
BUT, it does not mean that they can just spend all the money instantly. There is a process that must be gone through for each item. This will mean he will have to spend time fighting some of the requests. The plan is to keep Trump occupied fighting against everything. That is why he didn’t like this bill, plus he didn’t know every detail of what was in it. It was not physically possible for any human to read the whole thing , given the very, very, very, very short time it was available to him.
So, he was left no option but to sign it. Despite what all the other posters say, there is not a single one of them that could take Donald Trump’s place and do a better job.
If we are to win this battle, WE the troops must support our leader. The enemy wants us to turn against our President. They want the easy win. Don’t give it to them.
It’s not the gun, it’s what you do with it.
It’s not the Omnibus Bill, it’s what will be done with it.
We all will be part of deciding how the money is spent. We all need to demand it be spent properly.

You are so right. How many of those complaining have done anything except dump everything in Trump’s lap to fix?
About time we the people got off our rear ends and helped.
How many have annoyed their Senators to the point where they are blocked on said FB pages or no longer can get a response from the office?
How many follow their officials on FB or Twitter and publically call them out? All the way down to County officials?
President Trump is good, really good and has the military at his back. That doesn’t mean we get a free pass to sit back and watch and complain.
I agree. As much as it pained me to listen to this gip on Rush, I seriously felt bad for the Prez. Now that I realize it is an “omnibus” not a “budget bill”, He can slow walk whatever funding is in the bill. Glad that i looked into this becuz, I was surely depressed listening to it!
