I don’t understand what the issue is. The state released private material under the color of law, so they need to correct the error. If you or I did such, we would go to jail. Correct the problem or let the taxpayers send money to the aggrieved party.

Anything to delay these people from getting their lives back. How many more years?
If the attorney didn’t want the world to see his willy, he shouldn’t have videoed it and put it on the taxpayer’s computer. Perhaps he needs to pay all the expense. He’s the one needing firing.
