Just what we need. More LOW SKILLED workers.

Yes, they happily come to work as maids and waiters in summer resort towns. Taking jobs we do not want to do. They then happily go back to their sunny paradise with a years worth wages made in six months.

Learn what you are dissing before doing so.

The reason Americans do not want to do those jobs is because we have a massive - and completely artificial - oversupply of low skilled labor, which has crushed the wage scale, and quite often creates unpleasant working conditions.

Have to agree with you on this one - lots of ignorant bloviating going on here.

When you own a business that depends upon manual labor, landscaping for instance, and you place want ads for employment and ZERO people walk through the door, you’d better be thinking outside the box otherwise your business will suffer.

H2B is NOT an immigration issue, illegal or otherwise, but gets unfairly lumped together with government’s inability to control our borders. H2B is a visa program - employees come for a specified period, work and then return home. Many visa holders have been returning to the same company to work for many years and become valued employees.

You can try and cast this issue as “taking jobs away from Americans” or “doing jobs that Americans won’t do” but I think it has much more to do with the fact that the concept of work for native born Americans is changing. If you were born here, educated here, you are much more likely to be trained up in a STEM oriented environment. Manual labor is not part of that mix.

But, there’s still a lot of work that needs to get done. Are you going to do it, H2B haters?

WRONG. The low skilled workers come here just to spit out anchor babies. Then they quit their low paying job and live off of their anchor baby welfare payouts.

It’s a scam to produce more democrat voters. The rat party needs to do this because they are aborting their native born babies.

Taking jobs we do not want to do....at the wages they want to pay.

Fixed it for you.

If a U.S. worker could earn enough in six months to live for the year then don't you think there would be a stampede of qualified people to fill those jobs? Instead employers - like Lar-a-Margo - use H-2Bs to depress wages and save money.

I whole heartedly REJECT the notion that there are just bs Americans will not do. I worked while in High School. This allowed me to buy my first car, second and third cars, it paid for stereos and spending money. It also paid for my college. I earned my way through school.

I think a lot of kids would work, if only they could get summer jobs that these low skilled H-2B jobs Visas are taking away from High School students, and college students on summer break.
