I was SMH, reading the headline, thinking NOT another poorly written headline, by another poorly educated 'journalist'. So....I clicked on the link....and, to my surprise, I found a DIFFERENT headline, at link.

The headline, at link, reads....

Perfectly written.

Why did you change the headline, from the actual headline at source? That is a FR no no, btw.
