I think President Trump’s ego could get the best of him on this one. I agree with Rush, President Trump thinks he can sit down with Mueller, find common ground, and get this thing resolved. It appears that President Trump thinks Mueller doesn’t know the dossier was just a setup. Unfortunately, not only does Mueller know, he was pulling for it to work.
This has the feel of the scorpion and the frog, Mueller being the scorpion. It’s just in his nature.

There are those who spend their time learning skills that allow them to create, and contribute to the world in that way. Then there are those who spend their time learning how to lie, scheme, cheat, and manipulate their way through life. Politicians generally fall into the latter category, and it would appear that includes Mueller.
