He is so corrupt it would make your head spin. (He is also a closet homosexual, but that is almost an aside to his greater evil).
The man is a megalomaniac who believes he is a law unto himself. Weissman would have men thrown into the "hole" (solitary confinement) who would not cooperate and agree in a court to his lies. He would go after wives, children, family members, friends - whomever he could destroy, he would.
