Lawyer Alan Dershowitz on Tuesday said Democrats are "fueling the speculation" around President Trump possibly firing special counsel Robert Mueller, adding that "there never should have been an appointment of special counsel."
"That would create a real problem on the Republican side of the aisle. I dont think hell fire him or should fire him," he added.
"America's Newsroom" anchor Sandra Smith pressed Dershowitz on Trump's weekend tweets.
"The president with his tweets over the weekend and Monday morning saying 'this is the ultimate witch hunt' adds fuel to the fire saying this investigation never should have began in the first place. So what is the strategy there? Why put those things out there?" asked Smith.
Dershowitz responded by saying there had been "no probable cause" of crimes committed by Trump and that meant a special counsel was not necessary.
"First of all, the president is 100 percent right. There never should have been an appointment of special counsel and there was no probable cause that crimes were committed," said Dershowitz. "Ive seen no credible evidence that crimes were committed by the president."

Yes, he did it. Listen to how Virginia describes her times with him, and the details of her times with Epstein and all the famous people she was asked to be with. She is very believable.
Anyone know more about Mueller’s time in California and this “Brady Waiver?”... Did Mueller do this?

No offense, but I’m having a “too much information” moment.
And yes, I’ve been through it about four times (so far). #;^)
Johnny Taliban Walker-Lindh was recruited by a cell of Tablighy Jamaat in San Francisco when Robert Mueller was US attorney there. Apparently the group operated quite happily under his watch.
The same group recruited Richard Reid the Shoe Bomber.

If Mueller wants to perform a “legal colonoscopy,” the thing for Trump to do is eat political beans and deliberately pass gas in Mueller and the Dems’ face. He’s driving the Dems nuts and they’re making all sorts of self-damaging public statements through their messenger-boy, the MSM. Give ‘em flatulent hell, Donald.
Just wanted to be accurate.
The ONLY people who are saying it would be a disaster to fire him are the swamp dwellers.
FIRE HIS ASS. The people are behind it.
Just get on TV and tell everyone “They spent a year and a half looking for Russian collusion, didn’t find it, and are now going on an endless witch hunt far exceeding their original mandate.”
An independent counsel is supposed to be investigating a specific allegation of a crime, not searching endless for any crime.
I actually said that to my gastro before a “scoping for dollars” procedure.
The nurse, was practically rolling on the floor.
My doctor was a very serious, deadpan professional and practically went into vapor-lock. LOL
“I’ve never quite had anybody say something like that to me before a procedure”. “Nurse, nurse, a little decorum please”.
After it’s over, you feel like you do after getting your Teeth Cleaned at the Dentist.
You don’t want to eat anything and mess things up. LOL
I had one at 79 definitely didn't want to see me again. Only reason I insisted on having one is my doc kept saying records said I had one recently and I knew I hadn't.
