Dershowitz: Public Must Find Out If McCabe or Comey Were 'Testi-Lying'

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz said it is crucial that the American public find out whether former FBI chiefs James Comey and Andrew McCabe are "testi-lying."

Dershowitz said that the recently fired McCabe should waive his right to privacy so that the public can view reports by two intra-bureau agencies looking into possible misconduct by the Virginian.

"Then we can decide for ourselves [if his firing was appropriate]," Dershowitz said.

He said McCabe's testimony conflicts with Comey's when it comes to whether McCabe was authorized to leak information about an investigation to the press.

Maybe I missed it, but I thought McCabe’s explanation rant was on social media/MSM while Comey’s statements were in Congressional hearing.
