Nope, unless they changed the law. British law says if you are standing 9 inches (I believe) or more off the ground, you can’t be prosecuted for banned speech. Therefore people stand on soapboxes (whatever) and talk about their grievances at Speaker’s Corner in Hyde Park every Sunday. It’s pretty cool! When I was there a London Councilman was talking about how he was being persecuted by some mayor who was having an affair with his wife! Real soap opera stuff!

So how long before the Mayor of London complains about the content of the speech, and how it offends Islam?
