There are lots of Christians in Germany...and not justifying Merkel’s policies, but word on church grapevine is that many migrants and refugees are becoming Christian.

But yeah, if your religion teaches nothing but hate and you find one that teaches nothing but love, it’s not that difficult of a decision, especially if you’re a muslim woman or maybe grew up there and see the difference.

The German term is Abbruch. One dictionary translation for that is “interruption”, though “abortion” is the correct medical translation. You fell for a bad translation by some online “journalist”.
