Well, being a DC “lawmaker,” and having the last name White, betting was that he wasn’t. I guess maybe this guy is related to Congressman Hank “Guam is Tipping Over” Johnson. Being serious though, the fact that these people are able to get elected speaks to the horrible educational system we have. That grown men, hold these loony ideas, is simply a testament as to how they were “educated.”
