If they divorce the split assets and move them to the other party.

Have you never met anyone that has been divorced?

The assets moved to the second party no longer belong to the first party—and therefore they cannot be attached.

Ask yourself why this happened the same week his being investigated is leaked? If this is an “amicable” parting with a lopsided settlement...ask yourself why they would do that.
