A white University of Pennsylvania law school professor who said she has never seen a black student graduate in the top quarter of the class has been removed from teaching required first-year law courses.
Law school dean Ted Ruger said professor Amy Wax spoke “disparagingly and inaccurately” about the performance of black students during an interview with Brown University economics professor Glenn Loury on the “downside of affirmative action” last year.

While I don’t think the professor deserves to be fired over the comment, I have a hard time imagining that what she said is accurate.
I mean a black person has never once finished in the top 25% of the class? Really?
If about 10% of blacks finish in the top 25% of the law school class (which is my assumption although I haven’t seen the actual statistics), that still isn’t very good. If all races performed equally then 25% of blacks would be in the top 25% of the class.
I dislike affirmative action, but denying the existence of some well performing blacks just gives the left fire power. Anybody who finishes in the top 25% of the class wouldn’t have needed affirmative action to get into law school anyway.
And no connection or loyalty to western civilization. They have a tribal culture and don’t believe in the rule of law. Come to think of it, rather like inner city gang culture.
Hmm....
And who is most harmed by that? The black students who DO play by the rules they are not "required to play by", who succeed through their own efforts and talent. They are automatically assumed to be affirmative action graduates.
