Absolute FAKE NEWS. No decision has been announced. Examiner is a highly unreliable rag funded by a political wannabee.

And he is still worthless.

Just great. The Treasoner gets off and also gets his retirement. Is it going to boil down to We the People are going to have to take of all of this in the end?

No, one day: everything after recusal is suspect, and subject to asterisk.

>>Now everyone is in their 70s and 80s and too tired. The average age of this website is 77 years old. So how many do you think will be able to go out and protest.

Great generations. It probably couldn’t be duplicated in this day and age anyway. The Lois Lerner-types would do to them what they did to the Tea Party patriots. : (

Best case: Cookie-Cutter Conservative who loves his institutions, wants to clean them up quietly, and go back to business as usual: arresting the plebians for marijuana.

See 5 USC 8312
I think he'll be fired. The proper procedures appear to have been followed, the recommendation is to terminate his employment.
I have no knowlegde of how that fits into retirement pay, meaning i don;t know whether or not termination for cause is a necessary prerequisite for stripping or diminishing his benefits. If it doesn't, that's a quirk of federal law. Terminated for cause looks pretty bad on the permanent record, compared with orderly separation.

What comes first, the title or the URL? In this case the title fits the content; the URL incites anger.

Of course he does. Did anyone here think otherwise?
Those sob's never ever get what they deserve.
And then they can't understand why we're ready to rake around DC then burn it to the ground.

They are independent. I was citing the URL for the proposition that the title may have tracked the URL at some point, and that it wasn't the poster who changed the title when posting, rather the publisher changed the title later.

I thought he had till Sunday. But a couple of days probably won’t matter.

If McCabe skates, then we’re essentially telling EVERYONE over there that it’s okay to commit these abuses of power.
