U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley tells a Security Council meeting that "the U.S. believes Russia is responsible for the attack on two people in the United Kingdom using a military grade nerve agent." She also urges Russia to account for its actions.

Is there now a distinction between military grade and not? Had they used non-military grade would she be quiet?
It's my understanding that a sample has to be furnished to Russia under an agreement and I believe the UK said they were going to do that.

I want to express my opinion that. Her statement is the most irresponsible statement of a US government official that I have heard in years. The last time was the BS about Iraq with weapons of mass destruction!!
There is not one centilla of evidence of pointing to Russia or Syria as responsible for chlorine gas attacks on the people of Syria. Has she lost her damned mind? We all know that the “sarin gas” was an absolute lie by the photos of non protected UN clowns walking around a gas that kills you in SECONDS!! So we are left with Chlorine gas that was manufactured by ISIS and used in Syria and over 80m times in Mosul IRAQ!! General Mattis has absolutely admitted the chlorine was ISIS and there is no proof it was Syria!! What the hell is going on? This is dangerous!! The right hand does not know what the lefgt hand is doing?
Let us not let Mueller’s charade of an investigation into Russian collusion force us into contrived and unnecessary fabrications that the Russians are using chemical warfare which is an absolute lie. Haley should put up the irrefutable proof for this outlandish fabrication OR BE FIRED!! Simple proof!!!
