If They want to ban guns, how about they go about repealing and replacing the Second Amendment. Anything else is an infringement upon the Second Amendment.

If they can’t remove 30 million illegal aliens, there is no way they can remove 400 million guns.
Heh, heh, the Founders made amending the Constitution an extremely difficult process. And there are only two ways to repeal an Amendment, which is the only way to create a new one.
What’s scary is an approaching tsunami of GVRO’s where anyone with a grudge against a gun owner can denounce him to the po-po who then seize his guns. The only added ingredient is a judge’s order. Otherwise, this is KGB knock on door stuff.
