No way. I have to drive home from work in darkness 7 months a year as it is now; if I had to do that for 10 months a year, I might not survive it.

Permanent DST? Yes, more please. The only useful daylight for me during the entire calendar year is from 7:00pm until sunset.

Since no one can agree on which time, Daylight Savings or not, split the difference.

Pick the 1/2 hour in between as the current time, put everyone on it, make it so.

Where do you live? The variation in sunrise times is more in the northern states.

The problem isn't ST (standard time) or DST (daylight savings time).....it is switching from one to the other. Pick one and stick with it year-round. I don't much care which one.

That drives me nuts. Can't have the little darlings walk a block or two to get to the bus stop. I used to have to walk to another neighborhood to get to the bus stop. Year after year after year all through high school.

DST doesn’t save any energy, but for the love of Chronos stop adding or subtracting hours. It annoys me.
