The school and FBI kept this "kid" out of the system for the lower crime stats. They have blood on their hands... again!

BINGO!! That line jumped out at me too. Never mind taking my gun rights away - we need to stop this practice of hiding crimes to lower stats!!! The authorities are the ones with blood on their hands.
