a cabinet member who has been confirmed for another position.
You mean he’s predicting it or just using it as an example like already-confirmed Pompeo replacing Tillerson?
Sessions has show some commitment to enforcing our immigration laws and punishing sanctuary cities. If he goes, I’m not confident that we’ll get someone who shares these priorities.
People have speculated that Pompeo would be a Sessions replacement. Looks like that's off the table for now.
