Obama appointed liberal activist Judge, Amy Berman Jackson, is currently overseeing the most important court case in US history.
On January 3rdwe reported that Paul Manafort’s filing of a suit against the “Deep State” DOJ (Jeff Sessions), Assistant AG Rod Rosenstein and Corrupt Investigator Robert Mueller would shut down Mueller’s corrupt investigation!
Now we know that the Obama appointed DC judge replaced another judge and is overseeing the case.
In early January former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort sued the DOJ, Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein and demanded the Mueller investigation be shut down!
We have reported for months on the many criminal and corrupt actions taken by numerous parties related to the Mueller investigation. Mueller never should have taken on the job in the first place due to numerous conflicts. He is best friends with fired leaker and former FBI Director James Comey. He met with Comey shortly before Comey testified with Congress and for this alone he should have recused himself. The team Mueller built to attack President Trump and have him removed is all Deep State attorneys and crooks. Mueller’s record in the past is scattered with actions that let the Clintons off scot-free on numerous occasions when they should have been put in jail.
We now know that the FBI had an investigation into the Clintons and moneys they received from Russia in return for giving Russia 20% of all US uranium. Prior to the Obama administration approving the very controversial Uranium One deal in 2010 giving Russia 20% of America’s Uranium, the FBI had evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were involved in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering in order to benefit Vladimir Putin. If Manafort was black, gay, latino or transgender this judge would toss the case immediately.
But because he’s a white male...
All of those who have crucified Sessions because he does not arrest everyone involved in the Clinton scandals......
Look at what Sessions is faced with.
He has to have prosecutors he can trust and judges that will be strict followers of the Constitution.
To jump too quick would set them free, protected by the double jeopardy rule.
There are trolls on FR would like to see Sessions make his move too early thus failing.

I am no lawyer so I am only guessing that some of the crimes have no statute of limitations.
I wonder whether the DOJ could create a special court due to the seriousness of the crimes and the threat to our form of government.
I hope sessions is exploring those possibilities.
I just checked the case file. It looks like it was originally assigned to Ketanji Brown Jackson but then reassigned to Amy Berman. I doubt either of them were going to be good for Manafort’s case. Berman wouldn’t know a law if you printed it out and slapped her in the face with it. Law is to her like it was to Stalin, and for the same reasons.
I’m not a lawyer either. Does that make us the good guys? ;)
I think our people have become morally corrupt(and therefore a corrupt justice system) and are ignorant of history, our form of government and the reasons for it.
I think anyone associated with the “Resistance” is a domestic enemy whose only purpose is to foment division and overturn our government.
Short of CWII, military tribunals with men and women who have risked their lives to protect us as the judges may be the only remaining recourse.
I think the “stage is set” by Trump and Sessions, only the proper time remains to educate the public and limit the bloodshed to protect the innocent before drawing back the curtain.
In the meantime, I’m sure Trump and Sessions are more frustrated than you and I. Maybe not by much though.
