Ahem.....the Dixie Cup was invented in Boston MA & named for a line of dolls made by a New York firm.
But here in the Deep South, Dixie Cups are most often used for mixing Crown Royal & R.C. Cola, which helps wash down one’s Moon Pie. Great for that first date.
