Hand guns are already at 21 years of age. If that is considered constitutional (it isn't) I don't see why this suit would prevail.

Yup - oh and you also cannot buy tobacco products as well til you’re 21.

The new law extends the current purchase age limit to include rifles as well as guns.

Valid point. However, I don't think the handgun law was ever challenged all the way up to the Supreme Court. I could be mistaken.

Because you could buy a rifle or shotgun at 18. Now that they’re all at 21, it is infringing on the right to bear arms.
