Hand guns are already at 21 years of age. If that is considered constitutional (it isn't) I don't see why this suit would prevail.

Yup - oh and you also cannot buy tobacco products as well til you’re 21.
The new law extends the current purchase age limit to include rifles as well as guns.

Because you could buy a rifle or shotgun at 18. Now that theyre all at 21, it is infringing on the right to bear arms.
