Governor Scott now taking the rights of innocent Floridians. He starts with no less than the 2nd explicitly enumerated by the US constitution.

What's next.... the 1st?

He’s trim-limited which is why’s running for Congress. Or was running for Congress, until today. He is now Dead Candidate Walking. I hope President Trump foreswears any previous support for Scott. He will be worse than Rubio, if that’s possible

An 18-year-old in Florida can still buy a handgun. They can still have someone else give them a rifle, I think?

How many years will two gun related felonies getcha in Florida nowadays?

The anti-gunnners on the march? LOL!

Give them a taste of THIS: Videos: How to Bumpfire Effectively without a Bumpfire Stock! Turn UP your sound!

No need for a Bumpfire stock. Amazingly fun! Accuracy is naturally compromised, though. Short handgun cartridges have the highest cyclic rate, since less bolt travel is needed.

Bumpfiring is 100% legal, and safe in a properly maintained modern sporting rifle. Some gun ranges do not like it, though, because they feel you don’t have adequate control of the firearm. I am sure that could well be the case of you bumpfired a cartridge anywhere from 7.62 NATO (.308 Winchester) on up.

Hey idiot politicians :

Instead of punishing law abiding citizens for what they did not do, and which will not do anything it intends to do

. why not try something that is guaranteed to work:

Bring back enforcement of discipline to public schools,

punish criminal behavior and not those who obey laws....DUH !

Liberal? 11 years Army/AF. Pro-life all the way down the line. I just don’t have a tiny d*ck and need to compensate. It’s okay that you do.

I’m a liberal according to one dbag, and a socialist. All because I do not wet myself over gun bills. But I’ll cut you some slack. I mean, you served in the military as many years as I have. Why else would you name call like that?

So, Gov. Scott A SPRINO (Stupid Republican In Name Only) caved into the Lawless Left Democratic Party And there Snowflake allies and betrayed the Law Abiding American Citizens of Florida. Yet another example of a spineless, gutless coward with no testicular fortitude. He betrayed us and sided with our enemy. The lawless Left and their allies. You know who they are, the criminals, Illegal Aliens, Muslim Terrorists, and Snowflakes and put them above the Law Abiding American Citizen, the Legal Immigrants and those trying to become American Citizens the right way. But of course, he don’t care as long as he gets praise and especially money from the Lawless Left.

Anyone less than 21 cannot purchase any firearm under this law from a licensed dealer with the exception of CCW holder, Military, Law Enforcement, and Corrections. Nothing I’m aware of prevents purchase by private sale less than 21, nor gifting from someone else.

Don't people teach their kids how to shoot any more? I thought shooting a gun was one of those basic life skills that we all need to teach our kids, like changing a tire and driving a car with a clutch -- or always voting "No" and Republican.

Since the NRA has brought suit, we'll see what the courts say. Handgun sales have required attaining the age of 21 for the last 50 years, and several states already required age 21. But we'll see what the courts say.

Maybe the age of majority should be raised to 21 for everything. Kids are living at home with their parents longer than they ever did, and doesn't Obamacare mandate that they be kept on their parents' health insurance plan until 25? If Mom and Dad -- who should know their children pretty well -- think it's a bad idea for their kid to have a gun, maybe it's a bad idea. If Mom and Dad think it's a good idea, there are birthdays and Christmas.

I favor increasing the voting age to 21, just as the drinking age was increased to 21. Between 1776 and 1971 when the 26th Amendment was passed, under 21s weren't considered informed enough to vote. From what I've heard from pre-21s recently, on average they still aren't. Marriage, abortions, alcohol, tobacco, guns, driving, military enlistment -- not before 21 without parental consent.

A question for the Forum:

Will not a fake ID circumvent these new laws?

When I was a kid in a college town, anyone in school 16 years or older and worth a crap socially had a fake I.D.

Liberal? 11 years Army/AF.

Plenty of liberals in the Army and AF.

Pro-life all the way down the line.

That's exactly one of about 20 issues. You sure fail on the Second Amendment test.

I just don’t have a tiny d*ck and need to compensate. It’s okay that you do.

You're just a little too focused on my dick for my comfort level. You're not gay, are you?

No, handgun purchases are already restricted to age 21 and over, nationwide. I think that was part of the Brady Act.

But I would assume that would pass the infringement argument because long guns were still available. Now, in Florida, this is no longer the case.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were not written for just Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections but for all citizens.

Your obsession with my penis is very disconcerting. I suppose, in today’s America, its “okay to be gay” — I don’t happen to agree — but you really should come out of the closet.

And then there is the issue of you being a liberal anti-gun screwface in a Conservative forum. You need to be booted off the forum. We don’t abide your types here. Maybe you can find a nice gay forum where you can all discuss your obsession with dicks.
