From their webpage...

English version:

Hasta Muerte Coffee is a new, poc collectively run, worker-owned coffee shop. We are committed to nurturing community while serving the best coffee, hasta la muerte. Offering drinks and snacks and hosting a specialty bookstore, we hope to provide a warm and inclusive atmosphere for friends and neighbors to gather. We believe in non-hierarchical work spaces, quality coffee, and community building.

Spanish version:

Even death coffee is a new cafeteria operated collectively by people of color, where workers are owners. We are committed to nurturing the community while serving the best coffee. We will serve snacks and have a library of specialized books, we hope to provide a warm and inclusive environment for friends and neighbors to gather. We believe in work spaces without hierarchies, quality coffee and community building.

Notice what they would only say in spanish?

.

Sounds like no one is the boss there. If you have a problem, who is in charge? It is a non-hierarchial work space.

It appears that it's not a coffee shop, it's a meeting place for leftist activists. No wonder they don't want cops around, who might recognize people without their Antifa masks.

I find the difference interesting mainly because online translation, though still imperfect, makes the difference clear. They're not hiding their "principles" very deeply.
