Will Trump negotiate a summit in Chicago with Mayor 'Tiny-Dancer-Rahmfather-9-and-a-Half' Rahm Emanuel? It may require a higher degree of negotiation and diplomacy than his upcoming meeting with Little Rocketman.
Trump only visited the suburbs on his aggressive campaign trail. The shadowy threats of assured violence may have been successful due to the efforts of Rahm and 'Creamy Bob' Creamer.
Opportunities abound. They could talk about community organizing and REALLY putting people back to work in the steel mills, talk about ATF and DEA helping with the dual and cross-over problem of guns and drugs in Chicago.
Add ICE to the entourage to knock down sanctuary City status. Bring along two more solid Democrats: Madigan and Rauner.
It may take an aggressive Twitter campaign, back channel negotiations, assurance of POTUS' safety while 'in theater', and will require some compromise from Chicago Democrats.
If Trump can do it in North Korea, he could certainly do it of America's fastest dying cities.
Perhaps they can meet at a Chick-fil-A and discuss Chicago Values.

Good job, though it can’t be saved. Sanctuary city of corrupt collectivists, socialists, conmen, invaders and scumbags. it’s where the ne’er-do-wells pool. For historical perspective look at Detroit. Crime/murder skyrockets. Families flee. Infrastructure breaks down. Parasites proliferate. It is their sanctuary...the rotting remains of once vibrant communities and cities.
I agree, but when we show hope to resolve issues with a piss-ant nuke dictator, would dealing with Rahm be much different? It is well known that if JB is elected Guber, Ill-Annoy will become the epicenter and boiler room of the Anti-Trump Resistance Movement. Trump should at least make the effort. I’m not sure he can even stay in Trump tower if he were to visit.
