Do other countries have tariffs on importing US Steel? I don't know the answer to that. But I did read that the UK might strike back with tariffs on jeans and bourbon.

Not sure - but we only export 2% of all the steel exported - 1/12th as much as China...our steel industry was literally decimated by some set of events and one must imagine that imbalanced trade deals had a lot to do with it.
