Base elements from all sorts of drugs are getting into the rivers and into next downstream municipality's water systems, all over the Country. These elements are even showing up in rain water in some areas. Now they want to cycle treated water through it's own source again... We may be bringing on our own unintended evolutionary process of becoming species that can't take care of itself.
