A few frog marches with officials engaged in obstruction of justice and/or accessory to crimes will see this criminal behavior cease.
I agree, and I hope they start this in the best example possible, California.
Start at the governor and move down through other elected offices at the capital and down through the police departments and any other agencies they can think of. Our schools should be on the list.
