Here’s the problem with that theory: Zero arrested. Zero charged with any crime.

The problem with the waiting long periods of time is called the “statute of limitations”. Which means that a lack of arrests is completely indistinguishable from deliberately running out the clock.

How long must this remain the case before you concede that there will be no action taken? 2 years? 3? 4? Will you be, in 2020, telling people to vote for Trump in the hope that in his second term he might enforce the law?

Take a step back and have a good long look at the amazingly low standard that you’re applying to Sessions, the Attorney General of the United States who has recused himself from the absolute top priority of the office, which is to bring the people who attempted to overthrow the government to justice.

Not that I necessarily disagree with your assertion, but is it really the top priority of the Trump administration? What about these other hot button issues:

- Contesting Russia for control of MENA oil & gas resources via the Syria proxy war
- Contesting China for control of eastern Asia via the N Korea proxy (cold) war
- Contesting California for control of western N America via the Mexican reconquista proxy war
- Contesting communists, subversives and other domestic enemies for control of the USA itself via mass media censorship and the 2A proxy war

Is prosecuting the deep state an important element of any of the above? Or, are they actually linked? That is, you take out the 0 team, and everything falls into place?

"The problem with the waiting long periods of time is called the “statute of limitations”."

That's not a problem with the charge of treason. There is no statute of limitation.
