It seems to me our WORTHLESS Attorney General should be addressing this - but, as usual, Sessions is having his daily, day-long nap.
The courts have the authority to review an Executive Order and rule that it is illegal...like Obama’s original DACA order was.
But they have ZERO authority to create or maintain an EO when the President repeals it. In this case the courts have been acting as the Executive Branch and the Senate should be impeaching these usurpers.
