There absolutely HAS to be a special counsel on FISA, and its scope needs to be broad. To me, this special counsel could be the equivalent of the Boston Tea Party in the context of American liberty.
You're right. The clock is ticking. Just off the top of my head, if there aren't indictments and prosecutions ongoing by November 6, 2018, all hell is going to break loose on election day and the Republicans might just stay home. People have just had it with all of this. And to make matters worse, more and more evidence against the Treasoners comes out every day. It's a tsunami of evidence and connecting all the dots is getting clearer and clearer to every American. And what happens? Nothing. If Jeff Sessions would just say investigations are in progress, it would help.
But wait, how can the FBI investigate itself, the Justice department and all the inside-the-swampers? It just can't be done.
I'm for the 29 Republican State Attorney Generals having an emergency meeting and let a State Appointed Special Counsel do the investigating, prosecutions and legally do what is necessary for the survival of our Sacred Republic. This just has to be done, some way, somehow. Any other ideas?
I just don't see the beltway taking care of under the strict letter of the law. The investigations, if done right, are going to take years. We have seven years to indict all the players above. It has to be done or it will happen again, only worse next time.
I agree with you. But it has to not just be on FISA. It has to start there for sure and follow all the way through from that point on, and it should suck in most of all the leaders in the deep state. Including the Clintons, Podesta, Kerry et al.
This whole Muller thing is poppycock to distract from what was really going on in the Obozo administration
