By the end of the day on March 5, former Donald Trump campaign aide, Sam Nunberg, had made quite a few rounds of interviews by the networks even though it seemed something was not quite right with the guy either mentally or medically.
It finally seemed so exploitative that even the crew of The View felt the cable networks were being overly exploitive. Perhaps one of those rare times that The View seemed sympathetic towards someone who was in any way connected with the Trump campaign or administration.

They are not sympathetic, they are just upset that the did not deliver the goods they are all hoping for
So they have to back peddle now
Because they don’t want to admit they screwed up, did not check the guy out, or verify any of his claims. Basically he was some drunk who worked on the Trump Campaign from 2015, big deal, low level on the ground volunteer. And they actually believed he had information about Russia Collusion? And they wonder why we call them all “fake news”?
How many times are these networks are going to get “had” before the people wake up?
The Witch Hunt has gone on far too long and the karmic payback to Meuller and Company should be swift, decisive, unmerciful and final.
It was a rather sad spectacle to watch. If you have known someone who was bi-polar and refused to medicate, you can see little signs where they may be losing control.
I admit, I could be fully wrong about it.
Maybe the entire marathon was planned and choreographed by Nunberg and The Donald. In today’s media saturated America, anything is possible.
Bottom line is this episode tends to devalue whatever latest ‘urgent matter’ the media is shrieking about.
Dissident Numberg.
It has a good ring. It will make Numberg famous.
Yeah, there was no good outcome to interviewing that guy if they knew he was under the influence or otherwise incapacitated. They should have just shelved this “story” and gone on to something else, instead of going to air.
Just saw on Fox News site that he is going to seek alcoholism treatment and cooperate with Mueller...isn’t that special! How easy will it be for Mueller to trip up a drunk?
This was essentially intentional abuse of a mentally ill individual. As malice can almost certainly be proven, perhaps the victim has some high dollar lawsuits to file here.
