What I do not see is the impact—we now have several conflicting decisions, judicial in-fighting. And Supreme Court refusing to step in. Should Trump pick his winner and tell the other courts to get lost?

I am not aware of an enforcement agency within Article III of the US Constitution.
IMHO Trump should tell ICE that DACA is over and enforce the law every chance you get. Let the deportations commence.....
