fully privatize would result in a big win

not some BS concession, but sell the title to land and improvements, with no regulatory oversight

Arlington County is still stupid

The I66 overflow has been going on for years b/c of HOV and the two lanes. So calling BS on this article.

As for the million dollar bus stop, did you see they actually decided against the 100mm+ Columbia Pike trolley? Even that project was too stupid for the idiots in Arlington... although a $80mm elementary school w/ an underground garage when there's another elementary school within 1/2 mile is not stupid enough for them.
