The difference between a White House “shelter in place” and the “shelter in place” that the general population is expected to do is that when the WH does SIP, the halls are roaming with armed security forces to stop the intruder.
When the “experts” tell us to SIP, they are just telling us to choose the location of our death and then to trust randomness..and the cops who are busy establishing a perimeter outside so the carnage doesn’t go beyond the facility that the shooter chose for his attack.
