Obama/Holder has this planned for each state. And there is also a program through HUD that will count minority residents in each zip code and community and demand that there be representational samples or be fined/punished. So these policies were planning to go nationwide with no recourse.

Somehow I remember seeing Bill Ayers say back a long time ago that he expected that 25 million would have to die in the States before their policies are able to be implemented fully. I bet they have a lot higher number in mind now.
