On Friday, prosecutors filed papers postponing former Democrat IT aide Imran Awans court case, reports Luke Rosiak of the Daily Caller.
Prosecutors filed papers today postponing the #ImranAwan court date for a fourth time, to May 4, while the parties assess their options about Wasserman Schultzs laptop, which he had after being banned from the House network. The media thinks this case is about mortgage fraud, tweeted Rosiak.

New court date is on a Friday. As usual that or right before a holiday. Good way to suppress media coverage, Rosiak added.

Attorneys for both Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz and former Democrat IT aide Imran Awan are fighting to keep a government laptop linked to the lawmaker from being used as evidence. The Daily Callers Luke Rosiak believes the laptops mystery hard drive is set to take center stage in the Awan case.

Not sure what the argument for not giving access to DWS laptop is. Cannot see how it will hold up under the circumstances.
Kick the can again?
iram better be careful how much he cooperates here.
iirc, his whole family flew the coop back to paki.
ISI has leverage & will be watching what he has to say, imo
Dems trying to keep the issue/ spectacle out of the midterm elections.
They’ll probably end up saying they’re sorry, give him $5M and send him home to Pakistan.

Well, the media, broadly speaking, is not reporting on it being anything else. Do they really think thats all its about?
And the returning spouse....any news...?
They need more time for Debbie Washerwoman Schultz to raise the amount of payoff she is offering to let the whole thing drop.
Waiting for the IG report to come out?
Would be interesting if Seth Rich's name exists somewhere in that laptop and what those conversations or documents are about!
When can DOJ, CIA ,NSA and seventeen other agencies go to the open market to buy back the evidence trail???? lol
Just imagine the wealth of data that was mined and resold.
No, the Media knows what this is about. They are just playing dumb. For some of them, that is not very hard.
Others are in CYA mode.
Just imagine the security breaches domestically and internationally and then the impact.
That is what has happened in the past with ComDems and their agents. Get out of jail cards were plentiful.
Fake news from Newsweek about Seth Rich....Talk about conspiracy theory propaganda!

Dems are good at damage control, cover ups and stonewalling. Pubbies not so much.
I have not heard a peep out of this for months. Stumbled across this today.
This is a very bad security breech issue, it is not only about finance fraud. Although they are guilty of that too.
And I’m sure the ComDems are paddling as quietly as possible to keep this silent.
It is hard to tell what is actually on the hard drive.
A thorough forensic exam is in order, once they figure out the legal issues with accessing it.
With the FBI in the situation it is in now, who knows what is really going on?
I’ve sent 3 messages to Bret Baier asking for update on the DWS/Awan story. VERY curious that the media has let this drop. imho, bet there’s a ton of dirt there and won’t need to dig to hard to find it. DWS should be out of Congress.
