Maybe I am mistaken about the venue (Capitol Rotunda vs Charlotte, NC) but I thought that Bill Clinton attended some kind of memorial service for Billy Graham.

I think I saw Sarah Palin there today at the funeral and the Trumps and Pences.
Bill Clinton did attend one of the memorial services.......can’t recall where but he did go and spent time with Franklin Graham. G.W.Bush and Laura also attended one of the services but heard report that they were not able to attend funeral due to schedule issues.
