The word is meaningless - it only carries whatever meaning you choose to invest it with.

And, to further dissect your response - the economic burden imposed on Americans by importing Somalis is trivial compared to the religious, cultural, and civilizational burden they impose.

Back college, I knew a naturalized Afrikaner. He always checked the African-American box on forms -- including on his college application! LOL.
