The police didn’t see he was a problem.
They INTENTIONALLY did not arrest him because of Obama’s actions to prevent yours from getting crime records.
Multitudes of checks and balances were in place from the caretakers, school, mental health workers,local police up to the freaking FBI etc,etc and NOTHING,NOTHING,NOTHING was done. I find that a way more serious societal and institutional problem.
