Pennsylvania State Dept. Sued for Hiding Noncitizen Voting Records
Washington Free Beacon ^ | Feb 27 | Joe Schoffstall

The Pennsylvania State Department is facing a lawsuit after officials refused to release records relating to noncitizens on voter rolls in the commonwealth.

An analysis found that there are allegedly more than 100,000 noncitizens that are currently registered to vote, according to a Philadelphia official's testimony before a Pennsylvania government committee last year.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), an election integrity group, initially threatened the lawsuit against Pennsylvania's State Department in December after officials in the state were unresponsive to PILF's requests to inspect the data relating to noncitizens on the state's rolls.

PILF filed the complaint Monday afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania seeking injunctive relief to compel Pennsylvania's State Department to allow the group access to the information.

Al Schmidt, a Philadelphia city commissioner, disclosed a "glitch" in September 2017 at "Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicle branch offices was enabling noncitizens to register to vote when they applied for or renewed their driver's licenses."

In early October, then-Pennsylvania secretary of state Pedro Cortes abruptly resigned from his position. PennLive called it a "mystery departure" and noted that, "Cortes's agency also caught flack in September for disclosures that hundreds of legal, non-citizens in Pennsylvania had been improperly offered a chance to register to vote most often while applying for drivers' licenses at PennDOT customer service centers."

During testimony before the Pennsylvania State Government Committee of the House of Representatives in late October, the PILF and Philadelphia officials said that procedural failures invited noncitizen registration in Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) offices. The Pennsylvania Department of State said that an effort to identify noncitizens in the voter registry that have yet to report themselves was underway.

100,000 illegal voters is larger than Trump’s 2016 margin in Pennsylvania. Somehow this does not surprise me. 100,000 registered aliens to be harvested by the Democrat machine is still cutting it close, but I’m sure the Dems plan to increase that total before election day.

Wow. Heads need to roll over this!

This, coupled with the redistricting, show the democrats are looking to assure that they always win.

Someone needs to go to jail - and quickly.

It is things like this that make me 100% confident that our elections are marred by voter fraud, and that ALL of that fraud occurs on one side of the political aisle.

All one has to do is examine the debate in various localities about cleansing the voter rolls of deceased voters and voters who have moved to other states.

100% of the time, Democrats obstruct and oppose that process. (If someone can show me where Republicans have opposed it, I would be interested in seeing it)

In the important Supreme Court case that is in the docket now about outlawing the practice of unions to collect “Agency Fees” from non-union members (and then giving that money in the other hand to liberal Democrats) they have found that in right-to-work states where the process has been banned, Democrat vote margins have decreased between 3-4 percent.

Think about that. 3-4%. That is the margin of victories in enough states in the last three presidential elections won by Democrats to tip the balance the other way for the Republican candidate, and swing the entire election.

Couple this with increased ICE activity, decreased desire by illegals to make themselves visible for voting purposes, and the 2nd Amendment backlash we may see...the Democrat power brokers are sure to be getting nervous indeed.

Expect to see a major push soon by the Democratic Party to give convicted felons the right to vote.

Why do bureaucrats have to be sued to do the right thing? They are purposefully trying to destroy this country. Why do they hate us so much.

In California, there are a huge number of voting precincts where there would be no votes in the entire precinct if illegals were not voting

Long ago, in the 2004 election, I offered my driver’s license to the volunteer and she said ‘oh, you don’t need any ID’. We always had had the same elderly White poll workers for years. But on Election Day in 2008, we had three young Blacks, two at the entrance table and one at a table ‘helping’ people vote. I knew the fix was in. Voter fraud is rampant in California and has been for decades.

Surprising you did not find that some one already voted in your name before you arrived at the polls

Because they are educated in the communist conspiracy that is known as the Higher Education System.

If I remember correctly, J. Christian Adams, is the only one I know of, who, as a lawyer for the Department of Justice, saw what corruption was happening and had the integrity to resign.

He is now President and counsel for this organization.
I hope he succeeds, and goes on to other venues.

He is probably doing more good this way than trying to blow the whistle on DOJ. We know what happens to whistleblowers.

You mean the one “lead” by Rip Van Sessions?

If we could get access to the records, I’m sure we would find millions of non-citizens registered to vote nationwide.

In a sane world, this would be a simple process. Run the list against the voting rolls in the last couple of elections and give those matching individuals the option of leaving the country immediately or facing prosecution and forced deportation.
