No, not missing anything. I called to cancel because Lifelock said they were going to cancel the discount program for NRA members, but because so many NRA members call to cancel their Lifelock memberships, Lifelock changed their policy and upped the discount from 10% to 25%.
I only called to cancel because they were dropping the discount, because I am totally satisfied with Lifelock as a service {they saved me tens of thousands of dollars}.
Since they recanted and upped the discount, why would I cancel a service that is the best in the business {in my opinion, based on my experience}?
Did they publically admit they made a mistake with dropping the NRA discount? Or is this just for people who cancel?
