Actually, Dade and Broward are all about the money. Sound familiar.? During the Obama regime reign a rule was invented by the hard left that was designed to keep the criminals out of jail and on the streets where chaos could rule.
To implement this rule what they did was penalize schools who reported school crime and financially reward those schools who basically covered it up.
This was one of the reasons for the 27 minute delay of the cameras at Parkland.
The thinking was that it might take as long as a half hour to cover up criminal acts at the school or school area and in a half hour could be erased from the record , the tape or CD or even the cloud however they were stored.
It worked and many schools in Dade and Broward have been covering up criminality at their schools using police school officers and the like to keep from reporting any criminals that would kill off the pipeline of school to jail for criminals.
Is the Parkland shooting a result of the Obama policy?—39 visits all covered up from the FBI on down to the lowest form of school officials suggest it was.

I wonder if the kids know? Some surely did as they were recruited by gangs to commit crimes once the quotas were reached, knowing they would skate free. It's so rotten and disgusting it makes me ill.
