When Israel and Runcie gave their first statements to the media, neither seemed upset or emotional. It was almost as if they had known it was coming.
What I remember clearly about the first press conference was Israel shouting “if you see something, say something”. In retrospect it illustrates the unbelievable nerve and arrogance of the man. He knew full well how frequently people saw something and said something.
Next we’ll be learning that they put Cruz up to it so the Dems could have gun control to campaign on. The meme did seem to have emerged fully armored, like Palas out of Debbie blabbermouth’s otherwise vacuous head. Wouldn’t that beat all.
