Prior to he council stint she specialized in ethics for a couple of business and social responsibility. She is married to a guy who is a professor at her MBA alma mater, Vanderbilt (pricey school). Born in California, grew up in Overland Park, KS and attended private Catholic Hgh School for girls. Norte Dame de Sion and then got an elementary school teachers degree from Baker University in Baldwin, KS.

Why are we seeing so many stories about gross incompetence by government employees?
If the Mayor and her bodyguard want to have an affair, then it would seem competent cheaters would not take photos of each other, much less on the government phone.
We need to start draining the swamp at the local level so Trump has our support to drain the federal swamp.
Sex has always been a problem. Anybody who’s read the Good Book knows that.
Doesn’t make the conduct right but realistically we live in an imperfect world where human beings make mistakes.
The sexual problems are no doubt a factor in our societal problems overall.

I would just add that I have to mind my own business and deal with my own issues related to sex or anything else.
I am a little surprised that there is a criminal investigation based (apparently) on the idea that the bodyguard’s state phone was used for monkey business instead of state business. If that’s all there is, then most government employees are committing crimes by using their phones for personal purposes.
That said, she’s a Lefty....
It’s not getting better for the Mayor. The news media is having a frenzy with this affair. The media now has video clips of the Mayor and bodyguard going to the city cemetery for some “private” time.
We actually have non party affiliated mayoral races here, so it would be inappropriate to say what party she is in, but yes, a liberal Democrat in all but name.
When you start using public funds on your affair and paying your boy toy a ridiculous amount of overtime to tryst with you, then it becomes public interest.
How stupid of her! Why put nude photos on the internet unless you want them to be found?
I can’t deny the legal implications of such activity but all the gossip and finger pointing along the lines of “This is what Democrats do!” and stuff like that doesn’t pass the truth test.
All kinds of people fall short when it comes to sex like Governor Greitens in Missouri and it should remind us that instead of pointing fingers at others.....
I note that its time for a closer look at the mirror instead of finger pointing at others to make me look good because of pride or vanity in being a “Christian” or a “Conservative” and not being from other groups that “obviously are the only kinds of people that do that stuff”.
